Tim Warrington has had a wealth of experience spanning over a period of 17 years, Tim started out in the leisure industry at the age of 18, turning a struggling gym venture into a very profitable enterprise. He then progressed into doing talks in the leisure industry on how to capitalise from a gymnasiums captive audience.

Tim went forward and successfully set up and progressed 6 companies, selling each one for a substantial profit. The last company was sold for 7 figures and was only three years old. Tim’s diversity has spanned different companies ranging from the leisure industry, fish farming, computers, Cybercafés and many more, his experience in helping companies ranges from negotiating with to products to market. The work ethic and business model used works for any business analysed at the right time. Tim has successfully also helped companies to manage successful buyouts, solve cash flow problems and help them redirect marketing of existing and new products.

Tim still manages and runs 4 successful companies and is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting.

Ian Harrison has 18 years of experience in leading not-for-profit organisations. During this time Ian has accrued a vast experience of dealing with people from all walks of life and has built a reputation as an accomplished public speaker. He has addressed conferences and training seminars in the UK, Europe and Southern Africa.

Ian is a protege student of the Coaching Academy and has qualifications in Personal Performance Coaching and Corporate and Executive Coaching. These coaching qualifications are supplemented with NLP Practitioner status and with a certification from People Keys Inc. to administer the highly acclaimed D.I.S.C. profiling system.

Ian’s clients range from owner managers of small companies through to training programs for management teams working in large national companies.

It is Ian’s view that business ought to be an adventure complete with the thrills of achievement and with seemingly impossible challenges. This is underpinned by a belief that everyone has the resources to achieve amazing things.

Ian is also a Regional Director for BNI in the Black Country, with responsibility for training the members to maximise their return on investment.
